Welcome to AMP Peptides. These Terms and Conditions
(“Terms”) govern your use of amp-peptides.com
(“Site”) and the purchase of products from AMP
INK LLC (“AMP Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use
the Site or purchase any products.

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
1.1 All products sold by AMP Peptides are intended
strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes
only. Products are NOT intended for human consumption,
veterinary use, food, cosmetic application, or any
medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose.
1.2 By purchasing from AMP Peptides, you confirm
and represent that:
(a) You are a qualified researcher, scientist,
or laboratory professional;
(b) You are purchasing products solely for
legitimate in-vitro research purposes;
(c) You will handle, store, and dispose of all
products in accordance with applicable laws,
regulations, and laboratory safety standards;
(d) You will not administer, ingest, inject, or
otherwise introduce any product into a human
or animal subject;
(e) You assume all risk and liability for
misuse of products.
1.3 AMP Peptides products are not approved by the
FDA, EMA, or any regulatory body for human or
veterinary use. No claims are made regarding
therapeutic, medicinal, or health benefits.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age and a
qualified researcher to purchase from AMP Peptides.
2.2 You must reside in a jurisdiction where the
purchase of research compounds is legal.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel
orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
without explanation.

3. ORDERING & PRICING
3.1 All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 Placing an order constitutes an offer to
purchase. Acceptance occurs only when payment
clears and AMP Peptides confirms the order.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or
limit any order at our sole discretion, including
orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical
or technical errors.
3.4 Product availability is not guaranteed. If a
product becomes unavailable after order placement,
we will issue a full refund or substitute with a
comparable product upon your approval.

4. PAYMENT
4.1 Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards,
ACH Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Zelle, and
approved cryptocurrency.
4.2 Payment must be received and confirmed before
any order is processed or shipped.
4.3 Orders requiring manual payment confirmation
(wire, ACH, crypto) must be paid within 48 hours
of order placement or the order may be cancelled.
4.4 You are responsible for any fees charged by
your bank, payment processor, or cryptocurrency
network.
4.5 The 5% ACH payment discount is automatically
applied at checkout when ACH bank transfer is
selected. This discount is a payment incentive
and not subject to promotional code restrictions.

5. PROMOTIONAL CODES
5.1 Only one (1) promotional code, coupon, or
discount code may be applied per order. Codes
cannot be combined, stacked, or used in conjunction
with other promotional codes.
5.2 Promotional codes are valid only during the
promotional period stated at issuance and are
subject to terms specific to each code.
5.3 Affiliate-generated codes count as promotional
codes and are subject to the one-code limit.
5.4 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or
modify any promotional code at any time without
notice.
5.5 Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or abuse
the promotional code system will result in order
cancellation and may result in account termination.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–2
business days following payment confirmation.
6.2 Delivery times are estimates only. AMP Peptides
is not responsible for shipping delays caused by
carriers, weather, customs, or other factors
outside our control.
6.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to
the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6.4 If a package is lost, damaged, or undelivered,
the buyer must notify AMP Peptides within 7 days
of the expected delivery date.
6.5 We currently ship only to addresses within
the United States.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
7.1 Due to the nature of research compounds and
quality control requirements, all sales are
generally final.
7.2 Returns will only be accepted in the following
circumstances:
(a) Product arrived damaged or visibly compromised
(b) Product received differs from product ordered
(c) AMP Peptides quality control error
7.3 Claims must be submitted within 7 days of
delivery with photographic evidence to
[support email].
7.4 Approved refunds will be issued to the original
payment method within 5–10 business days.
7.5 Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued in
USD-equivalent value at the time of refund, not
the original purchase price.

8. PRODUCT QUALITY & TESTING
8.1 All AMP Peptides products are independently
tested by third-party laboratories for purity
and identity verification.
8.2 Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) are publicly
available for every batch on the corresponding
product page.
8.3 While we maintain rigorous quality standards,
AMP Peptides makes no warranty regarding fitness
for any particular purpose.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMP
PEPTIDES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE
OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL
INJURY, ILLNESS, OR DEATH RESULTING FROM MISUSE.
9.2 AMP Peptides’ total aggregate liability for
any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by
the buyer for the specific product giving rise
to the claim.
9.3 You expressly waive any right to bring a
claim against AMP Peptides for misuse of products
contrary to these Terms or applicable law.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless AMP Peptides LLC, its officers, employees,
agents, suppliers, and affiliates from any and all
claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and
expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
arising from:
(a) Your violation of these Terms
(b) Your misuse of any product
(c) Your violation of any law or regulation
(d) Your violation of any third-party rights

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1 All content on amp-peptides.com — including
text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions,
research summaries, and CoAs — is the property of
AMP Peptides LLC and protected by US and
international copyright, trademark, and intellectual
property laws.
11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify,
or create derivative works from any Site content
without express written permission.
11.3 The “AMP Peptides” name and lightning bolt
logo are trademarks of AMP Peptides LLC.

12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
12.1 You agree not to:
(a) Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
(b) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any
part of the Site
(c) Use automated systems (bots, scrapers,
crawlers) to access the Site
(d) Resell products without written authorisation
(e) Misrepresent your identity or eligibility
(f) Use products in violation of these Terms

13. PRIVACY
13.1 Your use of the Site is also governed by our

13.2 By using the Site, you consent to the collection

14. AGE & RESEARCHER VERIFICATION
14.1 You confirm that you are at least 21 years
of age and a qualified researcher.
14.2 AMP Peptides reserves the right to request
verification of your researcher status or age at
any time and to cancel orders if verification cannot
be provided.

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
15.1 AMP Peptides reserves the right to modify
these Terms at any time without prior notice.
15.2 Continued use of the Site or placement of
new orders following any modification constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 The current Terms in effect at the time of
your purchase will govern that transaction.

16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the
